You are unlikely to find any town in our country, the dachshund lovers of which haven’t heard about "Iz Strani Grez" kennel. Our dogs live in different places of the world. Many kennels acquires our dogs as the main manufacturers and these dogs have given an excellent generation.

On it’s initial stage the "Iz Strani Grez" kennel was also acquiring dogs from other kennels: legendary Factorial and his first wife Johny Norden Licht, whose children were the first dogs from the « Strana Grez». We would like to mention such dogs as Niagara Iz Strani Grez, Yashma Iz Strani Grez, Odaliska Iz Strani Grez. These dogs have given recognizable features to today's generation. They were great manufacturers, which gave an excellent generation with such dogs as Germandachs Jarroux, Koreks Sasquahanna, Germandachs Walker.

Our male dogs are also used in other kennels: Factorial, who spent a year in Germany and became the father of the European Winner Germandachs Gudboj, the father of many champions of Germany and of many other titled dogs. Our kennel has proven manufacturers and very promising young dogs.

Today the kennel lives a full life: puppies are born, young generation takes part in different shows. This all is not possible to one person, especially living in a city. That’s why the kennel is first of all a group of like-minded people. We have a good friendly team. We are glad to see you not only on our website but in our ranks, too.

Cтрана Грёз в Петербурге

The kennel started it’s activity in St. Petersburg in 2003. The first puppies were born from Ironija Sudbi Iz Strani Grez and Germandachs Walker and from Intrigujuschaja Noch Iz Srani Grez and Faktorial . These dogs became the foundation to our breeding. In 2006 Nadezhda Vilisova handed over the kennel to Irina Mityaeva. During these years a lot of champions and working dogs have appeared in the kennel.

The greatest victory of the kennel was the victory in the World Dog Show in 2009 and WUT of young junior, nine- months-old dog - Harizma Iz Strani Grez (the great-granddaughter of Ironija Sudbi Iz Strani Grez and Germandachs Walker, the granddaughter of Beskonechnaja Lubov Iz Strani Grez and Bubnovij Tuz Iz Severnij Stolitsi, the daughter of Azartnaja Igra Iz Strani Grez and Olimpikon vom Golf).

Also we’ve got many working dogs during these years and such dogs continue to appear in our kennel. The numerous certificates on fox and blood trail and now on badger and wild boar proves it (see the «working dogs» section ).

Появление длинношёрстных

I’d always liked long-haired dogs but we had only smooth-haired dachshunds. Long-haired dachshunds attracted me with their charm and charisma, shaggy ears. I was lucky: long-haired dachshunds were sometimes born in the kennel and eventually the kennel began an activity in two breeds: smooth-haired and long-haired standard dachshunds.

In 2004 the long-haired puppy Tsitrus Iz Strani Grez was born from smooth-haired dogs: Ironija Sudbi Iz Strani Grez and Ouversi (Dama S Kamelijami Iz Strani Grez and Mokko Maksimum Prometej). In 2007 he was returned to St. Petersburg and began to take part in breeding.

In 2008 the kennel (me) acquired Lekol Bobbi Sharm Libretta, which has the dogs from «Strana Grez» in the pedigree. In 2010 she brought us first long-haired puppies.

In 2009 a very promising long-haired puppy - Greta Garbo Iz Strani Grez was born (from smooth-haired Nomer Odin Iz Strani Grez and smooth-haired Odri Hepbern Iz Strani Grez). In 2011 she had the first puppies from the Finnish male.

In 2010 the first brown and tan female was born that I acquired - Udacha Na Ugad Iz Strani Grez (from smooth-haired Zakadichnij Drug Iz Strani Grez and smooth-haired Udacha Iz Strani Grez).

These dogs will form the basis of our breeding. I hope that not only the owners of our puppies will enjoy with their success but the kennel, too. I'm ready to help them in any moment!

My dream was a long-haired dachshund while the kennel specialized in breeding the smooth-haired ones. Dreams come true! Look in «Strana Grez» and your dreams may come true, too!

The rebirth of brown and tan dachshunds (Возрождение кофейных такс)

As the kennel places the anatomy first, not the color, black and tan dachshunds dominated in the kennel for a long time (many of them had a brown gene). Later the red dogs appear and we also begin to work with them. In summer of 2011 a very beautiful brown and tan male comes to St. Petersburg - Entuziast (the son of the founder of the kennel Factorial). Thanks a lot to Tatiana Trubitsina for him!

The first puppies are expected soon from him in St. Petersburg! First female, which was mated - is Formula Uspeha Iz Strani Grez (that possibly has a brown gene).

But this is not all!
Thanks to Tatiana Trubitsina for "I-lettered" puppies! They are expected to be a great success! 5 females (3 Smooth and 2 long haired) arrived in St. Petersburg!

The autumn of 2011 brought a lot of a lot of new events- Ho Rüd Ho Irondachs.

At the end of October 2011 Zigzag Udachi Iz Strani Grez repeats the grand tour of his father Factorial! His's the second dog of Russian breeding, which goes to Germany, - the breed’s native country! And this dog was born in our kennel! In Strana Grez!
Big congratulations to Lyudmila Burkevich!

In response the German Champion - Ho Rüd Ho Irondachs comes to the kennel! Ivo’s of a very beautiful modern type and has a brown gene as well! Thanks Iris for Ivo!

On 21 May of 2011 a little puppy was brought from Moscow, from a very famous pair Lucas vom Driland (World Junior Winner 2009) and Ohotnichij Azart Virsavija Vamp Ledi (World Winner 2010) - Em Dash Apex, who lives with Lyudmila! We expect him to be a great success!

Factorial

Nadezhda finished the kennel course in Omsk. At one of the dog shows, she won a dachshund in a lottery. A small short-legged creature was like a statue and really liked the new owner. " When I began communicating with the dogs of this breed, I realized that I did not need others. Dachshund is the most intelligent dog, "- says Nadezhda. The first Nadezhda’s dachshund Dzhonni Norden Liht brought very beautiful dogs to the kennel and was the first manufacturer. Nadezhda acquired Factorial in pair to her – a unique dog in all attitudes. In 1996 he took the third place at the World Dog Show. He won the working class at the European Championship. There the elite dachshund from Pechora was noticed by Germans and they asked Nadezhda to leave them the dog for some time - for breeding.
Factorial spent a whole year in the best kennel of Germany. During this time he won the special show and became the father of the new World Champion - Germandaks Gudboj. Now eight purebred dachshunds headed by father Factorial live in Vilisov’s home kennel . One Frenchman paid attention to Factorial in Germany and now wants to buy one of Nadezhda’s dachshunds.

Aleksej Kalashnikov : - In your opinion, what are the best representatives of the breed of your and other kennels?
- I believed and believe the best of breed is Factorial (owner Nadezhda Vilisova). This dog appeared before its time, and even now, being a senior dog, he is a real competitor to many modern dogs, not only in Russia but also abroad. Besides, it is the only dachshund that was taken to Germany, the breed’s native country, for breeding, as an excellent manufacturer and really great representative of the breed.
Considering my kennel "Ohotnichij Azart", such dog was (he died ahead of his time) Ohotnichij Azart Galfstrim. Until now he remains the only representative of the Russian dachshund standard smooth that became the European Champion. I should mention that he is Factorial’s son.
